Политика возврата средств
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please call +971 58 500 49 50 to obtain a Return Confirmation. Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
